Thank you for your interest in the Guild. We are dedicated to the appraiser and the field of personal property appraising. We offer education and certification in this exciting wonderful field. It is our goal to help you acquire the professional designations that clients understand and respect.

The Guild believes in experience, education, and ethical behavior. It is our goal to offer the appraiser education and a code of conduct, which will help each individual maximize their own professional potential. It is our experience that knowledge about the theory, practice and standards of appraising can help the professional take their career to levels beyond their current expectations. To this end, we offer continuing courses of education for the personal property appraiser as well as up-dates on the newest ethical expectations of clients who use our services.

We all know of situations where we all need advise and help with specific appraisal problems. The Guild will help give you resources for the difficult problems. You can network with other Guild members as well as use the Guild office staff to help with those perplexing questions we all have from time-to-time.

The Guild recognizes that experience counts. We offer each professional the opportunity to establish credentials with the Guild regarding experience. We understand its importance and grant the highly experienced appraiser advanced certification. We can help the appraiser document experience and reap rewards for years of hard work that others take for granted.
